林筱玫
林筱玫博士現任國立臺灣科技大學資訊管理系助理教授、AI•MEI Lab 主持人，並擔任台灣人工智慧協會（TAIA）執行長。研究聚焦於人工智慧、生成式 AI、資訊檢索、互動設計與設計思考，長期投入 AI 技術應用、開源生態、數位轉型及跨域人才培育。近年積極推動臺灣 AI 產業發展與國際交流，串聯產官學研共同促進 AI 創新，並擔任《台灣人工智慧實戰解方精選50》總編輯。本次將分享臺灣與全球 AI 模型及開源生態的發展脈絡，探討開源 AI 對技術創新、產業競爭力與未來生態系的影響。
Dr. Hsiao-Mei Lin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Management at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech), Director of AI•MEI Lab, and CEO of the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Association (TAIA). Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, generative AI, information retrieval, human-centered interaction design, and design thinking, with an emphasis on bridging AI research, open innovation, and real-world applications. She actively promotes AI ecosystem development through collaborations among academia, industry, and government, and serves as the chief editor of AI Solutions in Taiwan - Premium Selection 50. At COSCUP 2026, she will discuss the evolution of AI models and open-source AI ecosystems in Taiwan and around the world, exploring their impact on technological innovation, industrial competitiveness, and the future of AI development.

這些年，各國政府都對人工智慧（ Artificial Intelligence，AI ）做出包含隱私保護、智慧財產權等諸多原則性指引，但實務上，多數國家都尚未對 Vibe coding 程式碼錯誤、代理型AI（AI Agent）指令錯誤、演算法偏誤、AI幻覺等問題的責任歸屬做好準備。
AI 因人而生，以程式碼為基礎，產出程式碼，為人服務，最終也應服膺於人與程式碼。那在這個嶄新的時代，各國政府是如何看待 AI 與人的關係，以及組成 AI 和 AI 產生的程式碼，在這場講座，我們將邀請各方專家學者為我們講述，也彼此辯論。
