System Crash. I Chose to Reboot. Jessie Chang, founder of HealYou, was once a product manager debugging systems by day—and quietly battling depression by night.
In this 20-minute talk, she shares the story behind HealYou: a mental health platform built not out of ambition, but necessity. Instead of leaving tech, Jessie joined forces with engineers, designers, and therapists to create a space where people could finally say, “I’m not okay”—and be heard.
But this isn’t just a story to listen to. We’re inviting you to feel it, too.
Join Stephy for a 40-minute guided creative session. No drawing skills needed. No preparation required. Just your presence—and your willingness to let your hands speak what words often can’t.
Stephy will also explore the topic of "Human in the Loop: Reclaiming Agency and Human Connection in the Age of AI." AI is no longer changing only how we work, it is beginning to reshape creativity, emotional support, and even human relationships. So what role do humans still play in the loop?

Bernice: 50 min.《Debug
Jeffrey: 50 min. Spontaneous Collaboration: What Open Source Can Learn from Applied Improv
Open source depends on collaboration, but great collaboration is about more than code. It's about listening, adapting, and saying "yes and..." to each other's ideas.
Applied improvisation uses improv exercises to develop real-world communication and collaboration skills—this is not about acting or comedy. In this interactive 45-minute workshop, participants will experience simple activities that strengthen active listening, psychological safety, adaptability, and creative teamwork.
Through hands-on exercises and brief reflections, we'll connect these skills to contributor onboarding, community discussions, and everyday open source collaboration. No improv experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to participate and experiment together!
