DESCRIPTION:[UXN](https://100r.co/site/uxn.html) is a stack-based virtual m
achine designed by the [Hundred Rabbits](https://100r.co/site/about.html).
It's small enough to fit in [a single C source file](https://wiki.xxiivv.
com/etc/uxnmin.c.txt)\, and simple enough to be ported across a wide range
  of platforms\, including GBA\, Nintendo DS\, DOS\, PlayStation Vita\, Ras
pberry Pi\, and many more.\n\nUXN is minimal but not limited. Paired with
 the [Varvara](https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/varvara.html) devices\, it can
support games\, drawing tools\, editors\, and even [a graphical operating
 system](https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/potato.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com).\
n\nUXN is simple and hackable\, which makes it a useful way to learn the f
undamentals of virtual machine design. This session will walk through the
 [specification](https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/uxntal.html?utm_source=chatgp
t.com)\, including opcodes\, memory layout\, and device I/O\, and then exa
 mine the reference implementation\, [uxn2](https://git.sr.ht/~rabbits/uxn
 2).
