葛冬梅（Florence T.M. Ko）為群牧開源管理顧問有限公司首席顧問，同時為台灣開源法律網絡 (Open Source Legal Network, Taiwan / OSLN.tw) 的共同發起人，專長在於解析自由開源授權條款內容。她將國際間自由開源授權相關的資源介紹到台灣，也舉辦過多場以自由開源授權為主題的重要活動。此外，她對創用 CC、開放資料、開源 AI 等公眾授權領域，也具有高度興趣。葛冬梅在 2005-2015 年間任職於中央研究院自由軟體鑄造場 (Open Source Software Foundry, OSSF)，曾擔任鑄造場電子報上「法律專欄」的編輯與固定撰稿人多年。葛冬梅進一步個人資訊請見： http://tw.linkedin.com/in/florencetmko
Florence T.M. Ko (葛冬梅) is the General Counsel at Herding Open Source Management Consultants Ltd., and the co-founder of the Open Source Legal Network, Taiwan (OSLN.tw). She specializes in interpreting and analyzing free and open source software (FOSS) licenses. Florence has played a key role in bringing international FOSS licensing resources to Taiwan and has organized numerous events focused on open source licensing. In addition to FOSS licensing, she is also deeply interested in other public licensing domains such as Creative Commons, open data, and open source AI. From 2005 to 2015, Florence worked at the Open Source Software Foundry (OSSF) of Academia Sinica, Taiwan, where she served for many years as the editor and writer of “Legal Column” on OSSF newsletter. 隨著開源AI的興起，「開源(Open Source)」一個詞在台灣突然變得熱門了起來，採用所謂「開源授權條款」釋出的專案似乎也能夠得到較多的關注與名聲。但是實際的狀況卻是，在這些專案中有些並不是那麽的開源。所以本場次將會從「開源定義 (Open Source Definition, OSD)」談起，解釋其中的自由意涵，然後會以實際的軟體專案授權條款來說明，哪些看似開源的軟體，其實並不完全符合開源定義(OSD)，甚至是有悖於開源定義，不能被稱為開源軟體。
